About German ProfEC GmbH

The reserves from fossil sources of energy, as for example oil, natural gas or coal are, as is well-known, limited. In fact the reserves are still more restricted than assumed for a long time. And with depleted resources the pressure rises daily to find and utilize alternative solutions. "Efficiency" and "Sustainability" - those are the key terms, which have increasingly established themselves in the public's opinion. The company German ProfEC - professional energy and environmental consultancy, founded in May 2007 by Andreas Jansen and based in Wilhelmshaven, shows the way into the future. The company is specialized in the use of Renewable Energies and Sustainable Development.

German ProfEC provides advice and supervision for enterprises, which are interested in the use of renewable energy sources. The core competences are the optimal application of wind energy and solar energy, hydro power and bio-energy schemes. In all areas the enterprise is characterized by world-wide activities and contacts, like for example of co-operation with ProfEC Aruba.

"Renewable energy sources can meet the energy requirements of the entire world population without polluting our environment or harming human health", explains Jansen, CEO/Managing Director, "using this potential and adopting it in a profitable way is the outstanding service of German ProfEC."

German ProfEC offers support in all needs as for instance pre-feasibility surveys, calculations of energy yield prognoses, financing structures as well as the selection and installation of hardware and

technology. Based on the outstanding contacts of German ProfEC the company takes over the interface function between investors, technology manufacturers, decision makers and further consultants, particularly in comprehensive projects. The enterprise draws on a network of world-wide competences and experts, with whom project-based co-operations are initiated.

Apart from environmental protection the association of economics, social interests and ecology is given top priority by German ProfEC. "Sustainability is a crucial aspect for a more balanced distribution of prosperity and well-being, as social, economic and ecological aspects are considered appropriately", says Jansen regarding the philosophy and mission of German ProfEC.

In June Jansen transferred the enterprise to a private limited company (GmbH) under German law.
